Join us in the Ancient Earth Women’s Retreat Experience set in the Heart of Tulum, where we will immerse ourselves in the creation of ceramic instruments and the art of musical expression.

Ancient Earth: Women’s Ceramic & Music Retreat
Hosted in a luxurious villa oasis amidst a vibrant tropical setting, this retreat offers an opportunity to deepen our connection to creativity, our medicine within, and community.
Over the course of six days, we will craft our own ceramic instrument sculptures during the daytime and engage in the exploration of musical expression in the evenings.
Additionally, we will have opportunities to rejuvenate by enjoying the villa's pool, spending time at the beach, and visiting local artisan markets.
Each retreat will be a small gathering of 10-12 participants.

Workshops
We intend to develop our own ceramic sculptured instruments, which will involve gaining an understanding of the anatomy of ceramic instruments, crafting our own tools and instruments, and tapping into our creative potential. Ceramic creations are encouraged to be brought back to your home to fire at your local pottery shop.
The retreat will also feature evening music sessions, allowing participants to explore their musical expression through instrument playing and singing, including earth medicine songs and the creation of our own prayers.

The Guide of the Retreat

Vianney is a Ceramicist, Musician and a Multi-disciplinary artist of various mediums. Throughout her life journey of the arts, her creations have always been in reflection of her ancestral studies of the Indigenous Americas. Through meeting her teacher Guillermo Martinez, the student of Xavier Quijas, she began to learn deeper layers of music and the arts through creation of ancient sounds & music.
In this Retreat, Vianney will be facilitating the Ceramic & Music Workshops, assisting in the understanding of the layers of creation.
The Venue: Najil Chak | Tulum Art Residence
The Retreat will be a 6-night stay at Najil Chak, complete with fresh, locally sourced meals prepared by our private chef, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Furthermore, the entire property will be exclusively available for the guests of the retreat, featuring a swimming pool, expansive gardens, relaxation areas.

Q – Can someone who has never done Pottery before attend it?
A – Yes, all levels are welcomed.
Q – What instruments will we be creating?
A – Sculptured Instruments of Ocarinas & Flutes.
Q – Do I need to bring anything with me for the pottery workshop?
A – Yes, once you book your spot, an email will be shared later in the year on the details of what to bring.
Q– Will I have access to the network?
